There is a significant controversy going on within the running communities right now concerning the issue associated with
barefoot running compared to running using pricey jogging shoes. On the one hand are the without shoes joggers that declare loads of benefits from jogging without footwear for example not as many overuse injuries and better bio-mechanics and effectiveness. They also point out the issue of evidence that athletic shoes do any goood. On the other hand you have people who explain that there's no evidence for the benefits of barefoot jogging either and the investigation which they assert supports it is being misunderstood by the without shoes joggers. They also discuss that even though there is no evidence with regard to athletic shoes, meaning they don't be any good.
